Synthforce

Just downloaded the Carenado Bonanza for X-Plane of which I have the latest version on my MacBook Pro, and when I start a flight the pilots are in front of the instrument panel blocking my view. Looking at the airplane from outside they appear to be sitting with their foreheads touching the windshield. Also I get the warning about macOS cannot verify the developer of “mac.xpl”. Can anybody help me? Thanks.
