I dont understand what set path variable means (Java Helper).

I just installed the 787 but the two back landing gears are not appearing. Did I do anything wrong? I followed the instructions but it still does not work. Secondly, it shows an activation tab that I can not close. It says... "Activation: aero787" Thanks
