Stephen
Aircraft Preview : SSG shows new EJet modeling Rumors went around that SSG - Supercritical Simulations Group had abandoned their already announced EJet updates, plus the inclusion of an upcoming E2 195 as well... news to me and even to SSG themselves, so SSG have published some modellng renders to show that indeed they are still revising and updating their EJets. My guess it is in the confusion of last year 2020 the departure of AJ Borysewicz that had been one of the developers of the CRJ-700 with the core of SSG, but left the developer group to do the CRJ-700 himself, many have probably got the wrong end of the stick and thought it was the EJet(s) and not the CRJ that had been discontinued by SSG... but that is not the case. So here are the working EJet renders, and so coming straight from the modeling 3D mainframe program with all the higher quality details on show, and very nice they are. Supercritical Simulations Group also note that current owners of the EJets will have a good discount on the new updated version when it is released! Jeeez... I wish people would check their facts before hitting the keyboard?
