NEWS! - Scenery Release : VHHH - Chep Lok, Hong Kong International by TaiModels

 

 

After a huge amount of scenery releases in 2022 from TaiModels, then here after EGLL-Heathrow is another mega airport, this is a significant one in the Far East, VHHH-Chep Lok in Hong Kong.

 

A personal plus airport, as many times I have transited Chep Lok going to and from Australia to the UK, so I know the airport well. So this is a really nice addition to any network...  and to a point an important one to be added into any long haul collection...  and very, very good it is.

 

Important added into the TaiModels scenery are the latest new additions to Chep Lok...  The third runway, with its own dedicated passenger concourse (T2 Concourse), that was built parallel to the current two runways on reclaimed land directly north of the existing airport island. The third runway (referred as the North runway) began operations in July 2022.

 

Meanwhile the original North runway (re-designated as the Centre runway) was closed for reconfiguration and is expected to be completed by 2024, alongside other facilities of the Three-runway system project including the T2 expansion, new T2 Concourse, connecting Airbridge, automatic people mover. And they are all included in here!
